If you are submitting an application on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are that child's parent or legal guardian, and you agree to these terms on their behalf.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with your application.
2. About Our Service
USA Models is a talent support and management service. We assist families in exploring opportunities in the modelling and commercial acting industries. We are not a licensed talent agency under any state's definition, and we do not guarantee placement or work for any applicant.
Our service includes reviewing applications, providing guidance on the modelling industry, and, where appropriate, facilitating introductions between talent and industry contacts. All services are subject to availability and at our sole discretion.
3. Eligibility
Applications are accepted for children aged 0 to 17 years old. All applicants must reside in the United States. Applications must be submitted by the child's parent or legal guardian — we do not accept direct applications from minors.
By submitting an application, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete, and that you have the legal authority to act on the child's behalf.
4. Application Process
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into our programme or any specific service offering. Our team reviews all applications and will contact successful applicants directly. We reserve the right to decline any application at our sole discretion, without providing a reason.
Applications and any submitted photos will be reviewed only by authorised members of our team. We will not publish or publicly display any submitted photographs without express written consent.
5. Parental / Guardian Consent
By submitting your child's application, you:
- Confirm you are the child's parent or legal guardian with full authority to consent on their behalf;
- Grant USA Models permission to review, store, and use the submitted information and photograph for talent evaluation purposes;
- Acknowledge that submitted photographs will be handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy;
- Consent to being contacted by USA Models regarding the application and related opportunities.
6. No Guarantees
USA Models provides no guarantee of any specific outcome, result, or opportunity as a result of submitting an application or engaging with our service. The talent and modelling industries are highly competitive, and outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.
Important: Results vary significantly between applicants. Past success of other applicants does not indicate or imply that any similar outcome will be achieved by your child.
7. Fees & Payments
Submitting an application is entirely free. If, following our review, we offer any paid support services, we will communicate all fees clearly, in writing, and in advance. You are under no obligation to purchase any service.
We do not charge placement fees or commissions on work obtained.
8. Data & Privacy
Your personal information and your child's photograph are collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We take data security seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details of how we handle, store, and protect your data.
9. Content & Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, design, and imagery (excluding submitted applicant photographs), is the property of USA Models or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use this content without our prior written permission.
By submitting a photograph, you grant USA Models a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and review that photograph solely for the purposes of evaluating your application. You retain ownership of the photograph at all times.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, USA Models and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your application shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to us in connection with the relevant service.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our website or service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
